Training League is great opportunity for developmental player to get in-game coaching in an informal game-like setting. Players will work on strong fundamental skill development for the first 45 minutes followed by approx. 30 minutes of game action in a low pressure atmosphere.
 
This program is perfect for players looking to work on their game before Spring Season tryouts in late February.

Q: Who is this program for?

A: This program is for boys 3rd to 8th Grades looking to developing and improve their basketball skills. Developmental and intermediate players are encouraged to attend.

Q: Who are the coaches?

Q: What is the 'Skills' portion of this program?

A: The Skills portion will be fundamentally driven drills to develop strong basketball habits. The players will learn to play the game the right way through proper techniques and sound fundamentals.

Q: What is the 'League' portion of this program?

A: The 'League' portion can be considered controlled scrimmaging. It is an opportunity for players to put skills learned into game-like scenarios. Teams will be put together differently from week-to-week and players will have an opportunity to play with a variety of teammates.

Q: Is there an opportunity to play on a team at some point?

A: Yes! Our Spring Season will have tryouts coming up at the end of February. We encouarage your player to attend!

Training League

The program is meant for players who want to continue to improve their skills in a less formal environment than a typical AAU team. There will be no team practices and absences are not an issue. It will include skills training dedicated to the details and informal scrimmaging. We hope your player can join our next session!
